ProFound Care is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows for a specialized K-12 program serving students with cerebral palsy and complex communication needs (part of Cerebral Palsy of Westchester). This isn't a caseload you rush through. It's assessment, therapy, AAC, and dysphagia work with students who make real gains when someone finally gives them the right tools — and the patience to use them. Work full-time, part-time, or as-needed. You set the schedule. Great fits move to permanent direct-hire roles.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assess communication needs and build treatment plans that move the needle Deliver individual and group therapy to students with cerebral palsy and related disabilities Set up and support AAC systems that give students a voice Provide dysphagia support for safer, healthier eating Partner with teachers, therapists, and families to track real progress Adapt your approach to every student — because no two are alike

WHAT YOU BRING

Master's in Speech-Language Pathology (completed or in progress) NYS License — SLP-CF (Clinical Fellow) or CCC-SLP both welcome A genuine interest in complex communication and diverse learners Strong collaboration skills and a team mindset Clinical experience OR fellowship training — we mentor the right people
