Rochester, NY Job Details Part-time | Full-time $65 - $75 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Teamwork Master's degree Pediatrics Early intervention Communication Sciences & Disorders Full Job Description We're looking for a temporary Speech Language Pathologist for 15-20 hours a week starting November 1, 2026 and running through February 1, 2027. Applicant must have availability Monday-Friday 8:30am-11:30am. About Us Leap For Kids OT, SLP and SPED is a dedicated provider of Early Intervention and preschool services, helping infants and toddlers (birth-5) reach meaningful developmental milestones. We value caring, family-centered services and are looking for an SLP who shares our passion for helping young children reach their developmental goals. Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in person home-based or community setting (ex: library), Parent Child Group, and teletherapy Early Intervention (EI)/Preschool services on a full-time basis. Responsibilities Deliver home-based/community family-centered therapy following EI and preschool guidelines Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with families and the EI team. Coach caregivers in strategies to support communication, feeding, and cognitive-language development. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state EI/preschool requirements. Collaborate with service coordinators, PT/OT professionals, and other EI/preschool providers. Attend required EI/preschool meetings or trainings (virtual or in-person as needed). Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state SLP license or CF candidate ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience with Early Intervention/preschool, pediatrics, or family coaching is strongly preferred but not required Reliable transportation for home visits Strong communication and documentation skills

$65.00 - $75.00 per hour
