Key Qualifications:
Holds a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure required Possession of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status Strong foundation in pediatric SLP within school-based settings Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to individualized, student-centered care
Your Role:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language and hearing screenings and evaluations for children Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state/federal guidelines Provide direct therapy services tailored to each student's strengths and needs Participate in school meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities Enjoy a supportive work environment with substantial benefits designed to help you thrive.
