Required Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current or eligible for NY state SLP licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience working with elementary school-aged children strongly preferred Understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, maintaining accurate records Promote language and communication proficiency that supports students' educational success
