Qualifications & Experience:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Experience with pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary school students Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and intervention strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience working in school settings preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to students across K12, adapting interventions to individual needs Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Develop IEP goals, participate in meetings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and student progress Work in partnership with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure holistic care
