Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Henrietta, NY area for the 2026-2027 school year. This engaging role will have you working full-time with a diverse K-12 student population, helping them develop essential communication skills both in-person and through teletherapy platforms. With two openings available, you'll collaborate within a dynamic educational environment that values your expertise and dedication.
What We're Looking For:
Current NY SLP license Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus Familiarity with pediatric and healthcare SLP practices New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply Passion for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide targeted speech and language therapy to students in a school-based setting Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver services both onsite and via teletherapy as needed Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of student progress Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Work collaboratively with teachers, administration, and parents Adapt therapeutic interventions to support diverse learners across grade levels Our onsite SLPs enjoy weekly pay, access to robust 401K retirement plans, and comprehensive insuranceincluding medical, dental, vision, and life coverageto ensure peace of mind while youre making an impact.
