Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility for certification as an SLP Previous experience within a school setting is highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to tailor interventions for diverse student populations Familiarity with IEP processes and progress documentation

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and implementation Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare student reports Adapt therapy sessions to accommodate a range of learning styles and needs Provide support and resources to teachers and caregivers
