A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Post Rehab is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to complete their Clinical Fellowship while building valuable experience in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment. What You'll Do Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals Provide skilled therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Why Join Our Team?
