SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST- NYS
License, NYS Registration, Teacher Certification (TSSLLD or TSHH) ASHA - Pediatric Experience Early Intervention/CPSE/CSE Providers must have a valid driver's license, vehicle with proof of insurance, NYS Speech License and Love of Children. Community & Home Based Services Speech-Language Pathologist (Fee Per Service) & CF.
