Qualifications and Experience Sought:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license; eligibility for, or possession of, ASHA CCCs encouraged Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and those with a strong interest in school-based pediatric caseloads Previous pediatric or school experience is preferred, but recent graduates ready to build their skills are also welcome Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Familiarity with IEP documentation and a collaborative communication style
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group therapy to support students' communication goals within a school environment Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with special education teams, parents, and staff Maintain detailed progress notes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Communicate student progress and recommendations effectively to families and school teams Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development opportunities Enjoy a collaborative, supportive atmosphere where your contribution is valued as part of a team of SLPs.
