Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) Ohio licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start) Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Adaptable and motivated, with a passion for supporting students
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with IEPs Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families Utilize evidence-based interventions to foster student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
