The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving communication skills, language development, and overall life quality for our clients. As a Speech Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Days Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting client-specific goals and objectives. Provide effective therapeutic interventions to individuals across the lifespan, from children to adults. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, educators, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate clients and their families about speech and language disorders and provide guidance on care and treatment options. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Stay informed about new research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.

Full-Time Shifts Day Shift Location:
Cleveland, Ohio Skills and Qualifications:
Current Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Ohio or eligibility to obtain licensure. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working with diverse populations and age groups is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented approach to care.
