Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current SLP licensure for Ohio or eligibility. CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required. Pediatric and school-based SLP experience strongly preferred. Passion for supporting diverse learners.Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy services to a caseload of 38 students, grades K-12. Manage a total of 7,160 service minutes each quarter (max 30 hours/week). Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support families in the therapeutic process. Maintain timely documentation and progress reports.Benefits:
