This opportunity, starting mid-October, is housed within an elementary school setting, serving a diverse caseload of approximately 35 students. As a full-time SLP at the elementary level, you'll work side-by-side with educators and families to help children thrive in their communication abilities.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Ohio SLP license and current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) Clinical experience in a school setting preferred Strong understanding of childhood speech and language development Effective communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide assessment and direct speech-language therapy to elementary students, targeting communication, articulation, and language skills Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student on your caseload Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to meet each child's needs Maintain clear documentation and progress tracking Participate in IEP meetings and case conferences as needed
