Job Description

Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting junior high students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This maternity leave assignment offers the chance to collaborate onsite with a vibrant school community, providing essential services to students at a pivotal stage in their education. This full-time position begins as soon as possible and continues through October 6, 2026. Bringing your expertise as an SLP-CCC, youll play a crucial part in student growth and communication development during their formative years.
Qualifications & Skills Sought:
Active Ohio SLP-CCC license required Demonstrated experience working in a school environment Proficient in comprehensive assessments, IEP development, and progress monitoring Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities Dedicated to fostering an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services onsite to junior high school students Conduct evaluations and interpret assessment results to inform intervention plans Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Maintain timely documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements Support students social and academic achievement through targeted interventions Why consider this contract role?
