Job Description

Make a real difference supporting students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis in a dynamic school setting near Fostoria, OH. This rewarding opportunity allows you to use your expertise to help students reach essential communication milestones and achieve academic success in a collaborative educational environment.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs will be considered Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each students needs Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student development Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust interventions as necessary Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student support Provide both individual and group therapy services across multiple grade levels as needed This contract role provides an opportunity to work within a supportive school team, utilizing evidence-based practices to empower students as they develop essential communication skills.
