Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain) Credentials including CCC-SLP or CFY in progress Previous experience providing speech therapy in school or pediatric environments (preferred, but welcoming new graduates) Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families Ability to implement IEPs effectively and document progress

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies Collaborate with educators, administrators, and caregivers to support student learning and growth Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student success Adjust therapeutic approaches and strategies to meet diverse learning styles and needs Make an impact where it matters mosthelp children find their voice, advocate for themselves, and connect with their world.
