Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP within the state Experience working in school settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP development, assessments, and progress tracking Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnose speech, voice, or fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students communication needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements Youll be part of a supportive school-based team that values professional growth and collaboration.
