Job Description

Join our team as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing home health services in Kettering, OH. Use your skills to evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients across the home health setting. Apply and a recruiter will contact you with next steps. Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Ohio state SLP license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years (client-specific requirement). Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) and OASIS documentation systems is required (client-specific requirement).
Productivity familiarity:
expected to meet approximately 32 productivity points per week for a 40-hour schedule (client-specific information).
Preferred:
previous experience working with adult medical populations in the home health environment.

Shift Pattern:
Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
Length of Contract:
13 weeks.
On-call/Weekends:
No on-call, weekend, or holiday requirements.
Territory:
Aqua/Teal/Capri (client-specific routing areas).
EMR:
HCHB and OASIS experience required.
