Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure, or eligibility, for Speech-Language Pathology in Ohio Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply Experience or strong interest in working with elementary age students (K-5) Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-5th grade students Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy aligned with student needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student growth Support students' participation and success in academic and social activities Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
