Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types Elevate your career and make a difference by supporting an elementary caseload in a dynamic school environment near Mount Gilead, OH! This full-time opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about fostering communication skills in young learners. You'll have the chance to collaborate with educators and families while serving a diverse caseload of 49 students.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Ohio Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also encouraged to apply Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to elementary students as identified in individualized education programs (IEPs) Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to the needs of a caseload of 49 students Participate in IEP meetings, provide documentation, and communicate student progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success and access to curriculum Utilize digital tools as needed for teletherapy or hybrid service delivery Enjoy the reward of helping students find their voice in a supportive school community.
