9634001-43338 Job Description Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while advancing your speech-language pathology career with a full-time contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year! Work with a supportive team serving K-12 students, addressing a diverse range of speech and language needs. This position offers a manageable caseload (up to 80 students) and the chance to develop lasting relationships with children from various backgrounds, all while furthering your professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active Ohio SLP license (must be in good standing) Accepting Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as well as Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) applicants Prior experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with teachers, staff, and families Demonstrated organizational abilities to track progress and maintain records
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-12, in both individual and group settings Manage a maximum caseload of 80 students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Complete thorough speech-language evaluations and participate in eligibility assessments Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create, review, and update IEPs Communicate progress effectively with parents, guardians, and educational staff Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district, state, and federal guidelines
