Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain) Experience with school-age children, particularly in an elementary school setting Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload and tailor interventions to individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized goals and therapy plans in accordance with each child's IEP Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students' progress Maintain clear records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student growth Contribute to IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations or modifications as needed Promote a positive, supportive environment that encourages students to participate and succeed
