Key Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY applicants are encouraged to apply Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles is highly valued Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and fellow specialists

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for assigned students Develop tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in both individual and group settings Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of student progress and comply with all state and federal regulations Actively participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development Communicate clearly and compassionately with students, staff, and families regarding goals, progress, and strategies
