9578212-43551 Job Description Make a significant impact in the lives of K-7 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive, self-contained classroom setting. This contract role offers 30 hours per week working with a diverse group of students, helping them achieve greater communication skills that foster both academic and social growth. The classroom includes students with a range of communication needs, so experience or interest in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices is highly desired. If youre a CCC-SLP or CFY seeking hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, this is a fantastic opportunity. Supervision from an onsite SLP is available for candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Ohio SLP licensure or eligibility CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply Background working with pediatric or school-based populations Experience with or strong interest in AAC devices Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-7 students in a self-contained setting Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans Document student progress and maintain accurate records Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals Implement and support the use of AAC devices for students with complex communication needs
