Key Qualifications:

Valid SLP credential in Ohio, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience in school-based and pediatric SLP settings Knowledge of assessment, intervention, and documentation for elementary caseloads Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy for an elementary caseload (high 60s to low 70s range) Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Conduct student assessments and provide data-driven recommendations Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
