9658743-44136 Job Description A contract opportunity is available for a licensed speech-language pathologist to provide virtual support to students in Ohio. This role focuses on a specialized educational setting serving older children and adolescents, up to age 21, who face truancy challenges. Services will be delivered through teletherapy in a partial-day school environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing speech-language support to students via teletherapy platforms Tailoring therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of students with truancy issues Collaborating with on-site staff to complement in-person therapy efforts Managing caseload effectively within a part-time virtual schedule, typically 2-5 hours per month Delivering therapy minutes as per student requirements, which currently include 60, 80, and 90 minutes for individual students Qualifications and desired experience: Valid Ohio SLP license and certification from the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Experience working with pediatric populations, especially adolescents up to age 21 Proficiency in teletherapy and virtual speech-language services Familiarity with specialized educational settings and students with attendance challenges Strong communication skills and adaptability to a flexible, part-time contract schedule
