e2036-43615 Job Description Step into a rewarding role supporting the growth and communication skills of K12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 20262027 academic year. This full-time contract position is designed for professionals passionate about pediatric speech-language services in early childhood and elementary through high school. As part of the team, youll collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to craft individualized therapy plans for a caseload tailored to your experience and interests. Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure required Previous experience in pediatric or school-based SLP settings preferred Experience working with early childhood, elementary, or adolescent populations Ability to manage and prioritize a flexible caseload from moderate to profound needs Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across K12 Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments Provide family and staff training to maximize student success
