Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active licensure in Ohio as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates considered School-based experience with K12, pediatric, or early childhood populations Strong communication and organizational abilities Collaborative team spirit and commitment to student growth
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services to a range of K12 students with varying needs Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct assessments and progress monitoring for students on your caseload Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements In addition to a fulfilling, student-focused role, youll benefit from competitive weekly pay between $40 and $60 an hour, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a robust 401(k) plan with company matching.
