Qualifications & Licensure:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid Ohio SLP license (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFs will be considered Experience working with junior high/middle school populations is highly valued Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs in a school setting Ability to meet any additional state or district-specific requirements as mandated
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with communication disorders Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines Participate in meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
