Key Skills & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure and ASHA CCCs or eligibility Previous school-based SLP experience highly desired Familiarity with IEP process and educational documentation Ability to adapt assessment and intervention for diverse student populations Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and screenings for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Deliver therapy services for a variety of speech and language disorders in individual and group settings Collaborate with educators, counselors, and parents regarding student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to evaluations, interventions, and IEPs Participate in team meetings, professional development, and compliance activities as needed Provide consultative support within the school community to foster student achievement As a full-time contractor (37.5 hours/week), youll have the opportunity to help students reach their full communication potential while enjoying the flexibility of contract work.
