Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their in-house rehabilitation team. The SLP will play an important role in helping residents achieve their communication, cognitive, and swallowing-related goals while providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy as appropriate. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical needs. Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recommendations. Collaborate with other therapists, nursing staff, and healthcare professionals. Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life. Maintain compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards. Requirements Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credentials. Active applicable state licensure. Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Clean background check. Authorized to work in the United States.
