The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology, with experience or interest in serving early childhood, elementary, and adolescent populations. Responsibilities:
Conduct speech-language assessments for students in K12 settings Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver direct speech therapy services tailored to students unique needs Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school guidelines Participate in ARD/IEP meetings, contributing professional insight and recommendations Utilize evidence-based interventions and stay informed on best practices in pediatric speech-language therapy Adapt approaches based on student response and evolving case management needs
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state SLP license or eligibility Recent pediatric or school-based experience preferred Ability to build rapport across diverse age groups and diagnostic profiles Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable adapting to both on-site and travel working arrangements Enjoy competitive hourly pay between $40 and $60, paid weekly.
