As a caring and compassionate clinic we are looking for a candidate who is looking to find a home and develop his/her leadership skills as an SLP with leadership opportunities. Therapy Link Solutions is more than a clock in and clock out therapy center. We are supportive and collaborative in our efforts to help children and their families all the while working with a team approach and a positive work environment. Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and client goals. Provide evidence-based therapy to improve communication and swallowing function. Implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) methods as needed. Monitor progress and adjust therapy techniques and goals accordingly. Document patient progress, evaluations, and treatment plans accurately and promptly. Patient and Family Support Educate and counsel patients, caregivers, and family members on communication strategies and home-based practices. Collaborate with families to promote carryover of skills across environments. Address concerns with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and clear communication. Interdisciplinary Collaboration Collaborate with professionals such as occupational therapists, physical therapists, and physicians. Make referrals to other specialists when appropriate. Administrative & Compliance Maintain compliance with state licensure, national certification (e.g., ASHA CCCs), and continuing education requirements. Adhere to documentation standards, privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA/FERPA), and billing procedures. Contribute to program development, quality assurance, and clinical protocols as needed.
