What You'll Bring:
Valid
SLP - CCC
(Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) credential Experience in pediatric and school-based settings Passion for working with children to promote communication and language development Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively with teachers, parents, and other clinicians Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in K-12 students
Role Highlights:
Evaluate students for speech, language, and communication needs using standardized tests and assessment tools Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both one-on-one and in small groups Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes Consult and collaborate with school staff and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
