Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active

SLP - CCC

(Certificate of Clinical Competence) required Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Speech-Language Pathology Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Collaborative approach and effective communication with students, families, and teams

What Youll Do:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support each students educational goals Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and therapy sessions Provide support, consultation, and training as needed to staff and caregivers Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning and decision making
