Qualifications:
Current or eligible licensure in Speech-Language Pathology CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates welcome, as well as CCC-SLP professionals Experience working within school settings strongly preferred Familiarity with a wide range of speech and language disorders Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state, district, and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student accommodations and supports Contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive school community
