Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual student needs. Deliver engaging therapy sessions aiming to achieve specific communication goals. Consistently monitor, document, and report on student progress. Work closely and effectively with educators, specialists, and other members of the school team to coordinate care. Educate and actively involve families in the therapeutic process to ensure continuity and support.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Active or eligible licensure in Speech-Language Pathology as approved by the State Board. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred. Experience working with pediatric or school-aged students is advantageous. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to function both independently and as a collaborative team member.
