Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful role supporting high school students as an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in a welcoming educational setting near Hillsboro, OR. This contract opportunity offers flexibility, beginning as soon as possible. The position is designed for 32 hours per week (.8 FTE), but full-time candidates are also encouraged to apply to ensure the best fit for both the students and professional. Enjoy a workday that runs between 8:30 a.m. and 3:20 p.m., with scheduling flexibility tailored to your needs. You'll oversee a small, manageable group of 8-10 students for case management and deliver vital services to up to 50 high schoolers. Though the service number may initially seem high, many require infrequent or consult-based support, offering an efficient and achievable workload.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA State licensure (or eligibility) for SLP in Oregon Prior experience with high school-aged students preferred Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
