Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills Ability to provide therapy and support for students with diverse speech and language needs Clear communication, organization, and time management abilities

What You'll Do:

Evaluate and assess students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for speech/language services Deliver direct therapy to students individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary professionals Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school policies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for educational planning Support students in achieving their academic and social communication goals
