Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA certification, either Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Prior experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is preferred Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Strong commitment to fostering student growth and achievement

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families Participate in the IEP process, including assessments, goal setting, and progress evaluations Provide support and resources for teachers and staff regarding communication disorders and effective strategies Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate student records Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
