Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Take your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist and support students in their communication development for the 2026/2027 school year in a contract position near Lakeside, OR. This is a full-time role designed for a dedicated professional skilled in working within school settings and holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). You'll be instrumental in helping students thrive academically and socially through effective speech and language strategies. What you'll need to bring: Current SLP license and active CCC-SLP certification Experience in school-based therapy programs Ability to develop and implement IEPs for students with speech and language needs Strong communication and collaboration skills when interacting with students, families, and staff Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Developing customized therapy plans and interventions based on student needs Providing individual and group therapy sessions Working closely with teachers and staff to support academic achievement Tracking progress and maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with state standards Engaging with parents, sharing progress and offering resources or guidance as needed This opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay range from $45 to $60, along with access to health, dental, and vision insurance to support your well-being.
