What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to coordinate care. Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care.
