Qualifications:

SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Prior experience (or comfort with) school-based SLP or teletherapy preferred Ability to supervise and guide SLPAs Familiarity with K-12 student needs, IEP processes, and case documentation

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor an SLPA, providing observation hours and guidance Manage a caseload of approximately 70 students (K-12), primarily focusing on articulation and language concerns Conduct evaluations and assessments for students Oversee IEP development, implementation, and compliance Coordinate communication and services with school teams
