Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid SLP-CCC certification Experience working within K-12 school settings preferred Ability to tailor therapy to various age groups and developmental stages Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for helping students overcome communication barriers
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Provide direct intervention individually and in group settings Collaborate with teachers, counselors, families, and other school professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and professional development Offer guidance, resources, and support to parents and staff regarding speech/language-related concerns As a valued member of the team, you'll enjoy a supportive environment that respects your expertise and encourages ongoing growth.
