1 Year About the Role We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Early Intervention / School for a school-year contract serving the Medford and Ashland areas of Oregon. This position primarily supports children from birth through age 5 , providing speech and language services based on each child's developmental and communication needs. The SLP will work a Monday Friday daytime schedule and provide services according to the school and early intervention calendar. Responsibilities Evaluate children from birth through age 5 to identify speech, language, communication, and developmental needs. Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans based on evaluation findings and established goals. Provide developmentally appropriate speech and language interventions in early childhood and school-related settings. Monitor progress, maintain required documentation, and adjust therapy strategies according to each child's response and needs. Collaborate with families, educators, early intervention professionals, and other multidisciplinary team members to support communication development. Requirements Speech-Language Pathologist Candidates With Less Than 1 Year of Experience May Be Considered. Current, Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist License Required. Graduate Degree in Speech-Language Pathology From an Accredited Program Required. Ability to Provide Speech-Language Services to Children From Birth Through Age 5 Required. Ability to Work a Monday Friday School Calendar Schedule and Travel Within the Medford/Ashland Service Area as Required. This contract opportunity is suited for an SLP interested in providing early intervention and school-based speech-language services to young children in Southern Oregon.
