Desired Qualifications:

Active SLP license and certification in the state of Oregon (or ability to obtain prior to assignment start) Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Familiarity with IEPs, goal-setting, and student progress monitoring Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in person and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to K-12 students Assess, diagnose, and manage a diverse caseload of speech and language disorders Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs) Work closely with educators, families, and other support staff to promote student success Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school district and state requirements
