Oregon School Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - 2026/2027

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications & Preferred Background:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLP-CFY Experience or training in school-based settings is strongly valued Passion for serving children and adolescents in an educational context Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to individual student needs and demonstrate creative problem-solving

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to K-12 students, both individually and in small groups Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student learning and inclusion Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports in compliance with school and legal standards Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the school's multidisciplinary team
