Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued Strong collaboration and communication skills Familiarity with IEP procedures and documentation Commitment to evidence-based practices and diversity, equity, and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with a broad range of speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and families Provide both direct and consultative services to students in group and one-on-one sessions Maintain accurate documentation, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that helps each student reach their fullest potential Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families for carryover of interventions You'll thrive in a collaborative school community focused on student growth and well-being, where your work is valued and your expertise makes a daily impact.
