Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Exciting contract opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists as well as clinical fellows seeking to make a difference in elementary education. Three positions are open, with the academic year running from August 17, 2026, through June 11, 2027. Each SLP will manage a caseload of approximately 50 elementary-aged students, providing services that support communication development in a school setting. This role offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping young learners overcome communication barriers and enjoy working collaboratively with students, families, and school staff.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued New graduates and clinical fellows are welcomed—supervision will be provided Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with a diverse elementary student population

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary-aged students Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student in your caseload Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development as required This contract role is ideal for professionals who are enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact in students' lives while gaining valuable school-based experience.
